Graduated from the Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering departments of universities
Carry out necessary work related to the processes they are responsible for
Detail-oriented, result-focused, and possesses analytical thinking
Able to use MS Office programs effectively
Strong human relations skills, well-developed planning and organization abilities
Follow up on the planned maintenance of machinery and equipment in the areas they are responsible for
Monitor whether daily, weekly, and monthly planned maintenance and cleaning are performed by operators
Track and reduce the use of consumables
Track the usage of raw materials
Monitor scrap material and usage rates
Track and control raw material stock within the foundry
Ensure communication and coordination with other departments for production
Contribute to the preparation of work instructions and ensure that all personnel work in accordance with these instructions
Ensure that all production records are kept and provide necessary reports to superiors
Ensure the observation of the process and engage in activities to improve the process
Manage machines and operators according to the production plan
